The United Nations office building project in Senegal, built by WIETC in PPP mode, won the “Mount Tai Cup Award” in 2023. Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a certificate of honor. The Senegal UN office building project is located in Diamniadio New Area of Dakar, the capital of Senegal in West Africa, covering an area of 130,000 square meters with a total built area of 65,342 square meters. The main building consists of one underground level and seven structures ranging from 3 to 8 levels above ground, arranged in a windmill shape. It includes offices, conference rooms, restaurants, public areas, etc., providing modern and intelligent office facilities for approximately 2,500 officials working in 34 United Nations Organizations in Dakar.
